Two‐photon photodynamic therapy is a promising therapeutic method which requires the development of sensitizers with efficient two‐photon absorption and singlet‐oxygen generation. Reported here are two new diketopyrrolopyrrole‐porphyrin conjugates as robust two‐photon absorbing dyes with high two‐photon absorption cross‐sections within the therapeutic window. Furthermore, for the first time the singlet‐oxygen generation efficiency of diketopyrrolopyrrole‐containing systems is investigated. A preliminary study on cell culture showed efficient two‐photon induced phototoxicity.  相似文献

A singly linked corrole dimer was synthesized by condensation of a dipyrromethane‐1‐carbinol with 1,1,2,2‐tetrapyrroethane. Oxidation of the dimer gave doubly linked corrole dimers 9 and 10 as the first examples of fused corrole dimers involving a meso–meso linkage. Dimers 9 and 10 exhibit characteristic 1H NMR spectra, absorption spectra, excited‐state dynamics, and two‐photon absorption (TPA) values, which indicate the nonaromatic nature of 9 and the aromatic nature of 10 . Interestingly, 9 is fairly stable despite its unusual 2H‐corrole structure, which has been ascribed to the presence of two direct connections between the individual corrole units.  相似文献

双光子荧光显微成像兼具诸如近红外激发、暗场成像、避免荧光漂白和光致毒、定靶激发、高横向分辨率与纵向分辨率、降低生物组织吸光系数及降低组织自发荧光干扰等特点,显著地优于单光子荧光显微成像,为生命科学研究提供了更为便利的工具.因此双光子荧光探针适合于生物检测与成像.制备了衍生于二苯代乙烯的双光子荧光银离子探针,此探针以拥有异常大的双光子吸收截面(6TPA)的4-甲基-2,5-二氰基-4'-氨基二苯乙烯(DCS)作为双光子荧光母体,以6-芳基-3,9-二硫-6-氮杂癸烷(TAU)为Ag+配体.探针显示了大的δTPA(在MeCN中,950 GM)、对银离子有高的灵敏性与选择性、强的双光子荧光(790 nm激光激发时).探针的络合常数为IgK=5.76±0.05.探针能选择性地检测和成像活细胞中的游离Ag+,可用于细胞中微量Ag+的分析检测与成像.此探针为开发理想的双光子荧光探针提供了可供借鉴的平台.  相似文献

A new Cu(II)-imprinted polymer has been prepared for selective solid-phase extraction of Cu(II) prior to its determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Two functional monomers, 4-(methacryloylamino)benzamide and 4-vinylpyridine, formed a complex with Cu(II) ion through coordination interactions. The self-assembled Cu(II)-monomer complex was copolymerised via bulk polymerisation method in the presence of ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate cross-linker. In order to remove Cu(II) ions, the resulting polymer was washed with 1.0 M HNO3 and then with water until obtaining a neutral pH. The ion imprinted polymer was characterised by Fourier transform infrared. The experimental conditions were optimised for solid-phase extraction of Cu(II) using a column of ion-imprinted polymer (IIP). Quantitative retention was achieved between pH 5.0 and 7.0, whereas the maximum recovery for the non-imprinted polymer (NIP) was about 74% at pH 7.0. The IIP showed higher selectivity to Cu(II) in comparison to the NIP. The IIP also exhibited excellent selectivity for Cu(II) in the presence of other metal ions. The relative standard deviation and limit of detection (3s) of the method were 1.6% and 1.8 µg L?1, respectively. The method was verified by analysis of two certified reference materials (CWW-TM-D and SRM 3280) and then applied to the determination of Cu(II) in seawater and lake water samples and haemodialysis concentrates.  相似文献

The development of a solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure for the pre-concentration of trace amounts of Pb2+ ion on 2-furan-2-yl-1-furan-2-ylmethyl-1H-benzoimidazole loaded on activated carbon modified with silver nanoparticles (L-AC-Ag-NP) was presented. The metal ion retained on the sorbent was quantitatively determined via complexation with the ligand. The complexed metal ion was efficiently eluted using 10 mL of 4 mol L?1 sulphuric acid in 10 w/v% acetone. The influences of the analytical parameters, including pH, amounts of the ligand and the solid phase, eluent conditions and sample volume, on the recoveries of the metal ion were optimised. Using the optimised parameters, the linear response of the SPE method for Pb2+ ion were in the ranges of 0.2–160 µg L?1, and the detection limit for Pb2+ ion was 0.034 µg L?1. The proposed method exhibits a pre-concentration factor (PF) of 80 and an enhancement factor of 30 for Pb2+ ion. The presented results demonstrate the successful application of the proposed method for the determination of Pb2+ ion in some real samples with high recoveries (>93%) and reasonable relative standard deviation (RSD < 2%).  相似文献

Short‐lived radicals generated in the photoexcitation of flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) in aqueous solution at low pH are detected with high sensitivity and spatial resolution using a newly developed transient optical absorption detection (TOAD) imaging microscope. Radicals can be studied under both flash photolysis and continuous irradiation conditions, providing a means of directly probing potential biological magnetoreception within sub‐cellular structures. Direct spatial imaging of magnetic field effects (MFEs) by magnetic intensity modulation (MIM) imaging is demonstrated along with transfer and inversion of the magnetic field sensitivity of the flavin semiquinone radical concentration to that of the ground state of the flavin under strongly pumped reaction cycling conditions. A low field effect (LFE) on the flavin semiquinone–adenine radical pair is resolved for the first time, with important implications for biological magnetoreception through the radical pair mechanism.  相似文献

We present a new approach for determining the strength of the dipolar solute‐induced reaction field, along with the ground‐ and excited‐state electrostatic dipole moments and polarizability of a solvated chromophore, using exclusively one‐photon and two‐photon absorption measurements. We verify the approach on two benchmark chromophores N,N‐dimethyl‐6‐propionyl‐2‐naphthylamine (prodan) and coumarin 153 (C153) in a series of toluene/dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) mixtures and find that the experimental values show good quantitative agreement with literature and our quantum‐chemical calculations. Our results indicate that the reaction field varies in a surprisingly broad range, 0–107 V cm?1, and that at close proximity, on the order of the chromophore radius, the effective dielectric constant of the solute–solvent system displays a unique functional dependence on the bulk dielectric constant, offering new insight into the close‐range molecular interaction.  相似文献
